As a job seeker, do I pay Avata any fees?

Our talent acquisition specialists will work tirelessly to place you with the right opportunity, all with no cost to you as a job seeker.

Will I be an employee of Avata?

All of our legal support staff positions are placed directly with the law firm or company. You’ll be considered their employee and receive competitive compensation and benefits packages, along with any signing incentives, directly from your new employer. If you are placed in a temporary or contract-to-hire role, you’ll become part of the Avata team and can expect to recieve compensiation and benefits through Avata.

What if I don’t see a position that’s right for me?
